Yes. We are based in Bangalore and work with businesses in other states. Several of these registrations — professional tax, Shops and Establishments, labour licences, PSARA — are state-specific, and we handle those differences rather than applying Karnataka rules everywhere.

No. Every price shown is our professional service fee. Government fees, statutory charges and stamp duty vary by service, state and business structure and are payable separately. We confirm the expected statutory amount in writing before you pay anything.

Because for things like PSARA licences and large returns packages the real cost depends on the state, the number of sites and which filings apply. A single published figure would be wrong for most people who read it.

Consequences vary by statute — typically interest, damages or penalties, and in some cases restrictions on the registration itself. Deadlines are set by the department and cannot be extended by us, which is why we work on a monthly data-sharing schedule.
