Reads UAN, ESI and bank account numbers from any column, any sheet, any order in your Excel file, and marks every occurrence in the PDF.
Keeps only matching pages
The output PDF contains the pages where something was found, so a 400-page statement becomes the handful of pages you need.
Always-keep pages
Nominate pages like a cover or summary sheet and they stay in every output file, matched or not.
Excel match report

Questions about the software
How does the free demo work?
Three free uses, no sign-up. The count is held on our server against a privacy-protected identifier derived from your connection, so it does not reset by clearing your browser. After the third use you are asked to choose a plan.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. The PDF and Excel are read and processed inside your browser. The only thing our server knows is that an operation happened, so it can count demo uses.
What is the difference between the two plans?
PDF Highlighter covers single-file work: one PDF in, one highlighted PDF and a match report out. PDF Highlighter Pro adds batch by site, batch by folder across several source PDFs, and challan copy placement.
How do I get an account?
Message us on WhatsApp or send an enquiry. We confirm the plan and amount, share payment details, and set up your account with its own username once payment is received. Accounts are individual — logins are not shared between customers.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Access pauses and you see a renewal message when you sign in. Renew and it resumes; nothing about your account is deleted in the meantime.
Does it work on a phone?
The interface works on mobile. Large PDFs are heavy work for a phone, so a laptop is better for big batch jobs.
How does the free demo work?

Are my files uploaded to your server?
No. PDF Highlighter reads and processes your PDF and Excel entirely inside your browser. We never receive the files, which means we cannot see them, store them or recover them.
