Registrations, filings and recurring compliance sit with one team. That matters most when they interact — a labour licence that depends on PF and ESI being in place, or a GST registration that needs the Shops and Establishments certificate behind it.
Transparent pricing
Professional fees are published on the service pages. Government charges are quoted separately, in writing, before you pay. You should always be able to tell which part of a bill is our work and which part is a statutory amount.

We start by checking what actually applies to your business. Sometimes that means telling you a registration you asked about is not required yet — which costs us a sale and saves you a recurring obligation.

The PDF Highlighter on this site exists because we were marking UAN and ESI numbers across statements by hand. We build tools for the repetitive parts and then make them available to other businesses doing the same work.

Bangalore-based, working across states
We are based in Bangalore and work with businesses in other states. Several of these registrations — PT, Shops and Establishments, labour licences, PSARA — are state-specific, and we handle the differences rather than applying Karnataka's rules everywhere.
What we will not tell you. We are not a government-approved or government-certified agency, and no consultant can guarantee approval of a statutory application. Anyone promising either is worth being careful with.
